About the event
During our two hours together, I will guide you through the experience.
I will hold space for the group and support you through your own breathing journey, working with essential oils, music, and the ancient plant medicines of sage and sweetgrass.
I invite you to stay open, arrive without expectations, and allow your own breath to guide you where you are meant to go.
What to bring:
A bottle of water or tea.
A personal journal and pen.
